Meet & Greet

We will gather 15 minutes before the attributed charter time . This will give us the opportunity to meet up and make sure you are all set for the perfect cruising experience. Don’t hesitate to check your booking for the location and time.

Safety Brief

Welcome aboard your chartered yacht! So as to make sure you have the most enjoyable and relaxing cruise, we want to ensure that all safety measures are taken. Once it is completed, we are ready to start!

Departure

Enjoy the fresh sea air and the beautiful panoramic view of the Marina. The cruise to the islands lasts about 25 minutes – just enough time to enjoy a cocktail while taking in the landscapes of the Southern Isles.

Relax & Cruise

With all the water toys available and incredible sea-life, there is no limit to the fun in the water. For those who wish to relax, you can completely indulge with the food and beverage on board while sunbathing on deck.

Return Home

Once we have lifted the anchor, we will set sail and return to the Marina. For those travelling in the evening, this gives you the perfect chance to see Marina Bay and Singapore’s skyline light up at night!

Frequently Asked Questions

Are meals and drinks included in the charter price?

Meals and soft/alcoholic drinks are not included in the advertised price but can be added as a supplement. Mineral water is provided.

Guests are invited to bring their own food onboard.

Do not hesitate to ask for more information when enquiring with us on prices and availabilities.

What are the rescheduling and cancellation policies?

Rescheduling

Any rescheduling of the yacht charter is subject to our rescheduling policy.

- Rescheduling made more than 3 weeks prior to the charter date is provided free of charge
- Rescheduling less than 10 days prior to the Charter will incur a charge of 30% of the charter fee.

Cancellations

In any event of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies.

- Cancellation made less than 2 weeks to charter will incur a 50% charge of the Charter Price.
- Cancellation made less than a week prior to the charter, there will be no refund. Instead, a voucher equivalent to 50% of the Charter price will be provided.

Cancellation fees may be revoked in particular circumstances, notably if there is a replacement charterer.

What happens if it rains?

In case of heavy rain, the Captain will decide what is the next course of action regarding the charter. The departure may be delayed. If conditions do not improve and are not safe for cruising, the charter will be rescheduled to a later date (subject to availability). Rescheduling is subject to the captain’s discretion.

In any case, passengers need to be present at the Marina at the allocated charter departure time and no cancellations on the day are permitted.

Are pets allowed onboard the yacht?

Some boats accept pets onboard. Please contact us for further information regarding pets.

Are children and babies considered passengers?

Everybody on board, no matter the age, is considered a passenger and shall be counted as one.
