Dallinghoo
Luxury charter in Myanmar. Travel the remarkable coastline that stretches across the Andaman Sea in the unique sailing area of the Mergui Archipelago. Located in the south of Myanmar, this magical area of over 800 islands will have you feeling like you have stepped back in time.
A classic design, with modern comforts, the Dallinghoo Schooner is suitable for all adventures. Spacious enough to accommodate up to eight guests and six crew the newly refurbished layout features an impressive master cabin, two double cabins and an additional twin cabin with bunk beds.
Each room has a modern private en-suite bathroom with a separate shower equipped with pressurised hot and cold water, hand basin and toilet. All cabins are bright and airy with varnished teak interiors and hardwood floors.
Guests can relax with pleasant lighting, ample storage space, viewing portholes, TV and air-conditioning.
Originally built in 1990, Dallinghoo underwent a full renovation from 2014-2016 and is now filled with natural light and varnished Burmese teak wood. Enjoy the outdoors in your modern alfresco dining area on the upper deck and relax after a day of water activities.
Guests have access to two double kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, fishing gear, snorkelling equipment and the vessel is set up for eight guests to scuba dive. Everything is on board and ready to go, including the use of the sailing dinghy and a rigid inflatable boat for transferring guests to the beach.
Your charter will be accompanied by experienced professionals who are excited to welcome you onboard and explore Myanmar with you. The Captain is an Australian yachting professional who has over 30 years of experience on the water.
Catering this incredible charter is your personal Thai Chef who will be creating a fusion of delicious western and local cuisine. Each member of the crew will be providing world-class service and the addition of a professional dive instructor can be arranged for guests who plan to dive.
A special highlight of this vessel is knowing you are sailing on a piece of history that was carefully restored to sail again and bring you to the far off islands of Myanmar.
